Kampala to host Trinidad and Tobago style Carnival

Kampala is planning to establish a Trinidad and Tobago style Carnival in July, 2011. This information was revealed by His Excellency Perezi Kamunanwire, High Commissioner for the Republic of Uganda during a Courtesy Call with Dr. the Honourable Surujrattan Rambachan, Minister of Foreign Affairs at the Ministry on Wednesday 9th March, 2011.
